The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires any commercial premises with more than five occupants to have a thorough fire risk assessment carried out by a competent person.
Every assessment includes full photographic evidence of the hazards found, risk ratings based on your business needs and priorities, and an action plan to help you resolve them.
All our assessors meet the requirements of the BAFE SP205 scheme, are third-party certified and regularly audited. Every assessment is validated by a second assessor before it is released to you.
