Launched in February 2024, Ranger Fire and Security was founded by a team of industry experts who recognised how the fragmented nature of the fire and security sector was holding back businesses operating within it. In response, the company set out to unite leading businesses under one umbrella to foster great collaboration, cross-selling opportunities and growth.

Our mission is to ensure working environments are safe and compliant with industry regulations while delivering the highest quality service to our customers. To do this, we have embarked on a journey to consolidate the highly fragmented Fire and Security industry by creating a leading and innovative one-stop fire and security platform with service delivered by our own highly trained engineers.

Partnership with Simpro creates a shared platform that passes specialist jobs between Group companies.

First step into Ireland with KSS Fire Suppression.

Secureshield brings Scotland and the North East of England into the Group.

£150m funding partnership with Apera to accelerate expansion.
Apr 2026
Fidelity Integrated Systems becomes Ranger's hub for London and the South East.
May 2026
iFire, Henderson Fire and FireCheck join in one announcement, taking Ranger to 21 acquisitions.

Inflexion completes a majority investment, with Hyperion Equity Partners reinvesting.
